First Time Visit
Pneuma Pilates is located within a ballet studio that houses a professional company and school. Pneuma hours are typically scheduled during the studio off-hours, so your visit will be quiet and uninterrupted. If for some reason you need to schedule outside of the available times listed under the calendar, please contact Olivia directly at olivia@pneumapilates.org.
What To Bring
Attire
Comfortable, form fitting clothing
Pilates Socks
Helps maintain cleanliness of the space and provides vital traction on the equipment.
Water
Any water bottle that can be closed and secured
Pilates Mat
We have mats available but we recommend that you bring your own.
First Time Clients
All new clients are required to book an initial assessment in order to build a program that suits the individual's needs. All assessments are 45min.
